This place was a real gem! The location was perfect, right by the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The room was brand new and stylish, with modern facilities. It was like stepping into an oasis after a long day of walking in the extreme heat. The breakfast was delicious, with scrumptious croissants. Plenty of nice restaurants were within a short walk from the hotel. a fantastic place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy hotel. The location was great, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the river park just a short walk away. The staff was helpful, providing me with suggestions and directions. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and there was convenient car parking right outside the front door.
I did encounter a couple of minor issues. The shower head in my room was positioned at waist height, difficult to shower comfortably.

I recently stayed at Barquinha River House for a few days while exploring the Caminho. The brand new stylish room was like an oasis after a long walk in extreme heat. The breakfast was sumptuous, with decent croissants. The staff were friendly and spoke reasonably good English. The location was good, with plenty of nice restaurants within a short walk. I also appreciated the easy check-in and out process, as well as the convenient car parking right outside the front door.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. The breakfast provided was good, and the parking availability was always a plus. The fast and reliable WIFI coverage was also appreciated.
The shower in the room was not designed well, as there was no overhead bracket and it was difficult to wash hair properly. Additionally, the water temperature in the shower was lukewarm, while the sink faucet had no issues with hot water.
